Every collaboration begins with the setup – a shared understanding of the present situation. This involves not only defining the requirements for a position, but also gaining a clear understanding of the circumstances, responsibilities of the role, and the desired impact of the leadership placement. Often, significant added value emerges during this phase, as it becomes clear that challenges do not lie with individuals, but rather within structures, interfaces, or responsibilities.

02. Launch

Based on this setup, the search is launched. We develop a sound understanding of the relevant market and act as an extension of our clients – independently, discreetly, and personally. Our focus is not on visibility, but on targeted outreach where relevant leaders are actually reachable.

03. Validation

We thoroughly and systematically assess each candidate. In addition to education and professional experience, we consider reasons for changing jobs, personal motivations, leadership experience, and understanding of values ​​and culture. The goal is a comprehensive and holistic picture that combines professional qualifications, organizational fit, and individual personality – going far beyond the resume.

04. Decision

Ultimately, the choice is yours. Our role is to provide you with a clear and reliable framework for your decision. You will typically receive an initial longlist within 14 days and a focused shortlist after approximately 21 days. We support the discussions, coordinate further steps such as assessments as needed, and act as your sparring partner throughout the entire decision-making process. The goal is a transparent process that provides clarity and enables well-informed business decisions.

05. Stability

Our responsibility doesn’t end with the signing of the contract. For us, stability means remaining committed to your side even after a successful placement. We guarantee one free replacement within the first three months and another at reduced fees within twelve months thereafter. This guarantee reflects our commitment to quality and highlights our collaborative approach.

Undivi Leadership is led by Sonja Schleser as Business Line Head and Karim Pfeil as Managing Director of Unidivi. Both personally supervise each project from the initial assessment to successful placement. An experienced Undivi team guarantees seamless operational implementation.
